I’m surprised that it took him this long because we all know Ne-Yo loves to wear his hats.

Meat!
Most of us eat it. Most of us enjoy it and can’t seem to get enough of it.
However, with many environmental changes, health problems like diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity plaguing the black community I’m not surprised why people are making the change over.
As a slowly converting vegetarian I have been researching various ways that I can I be a healthy green eater without missing out on vitamins and nutrients.
Common, Russell Simmons, Pharrell, Missy Elliot, Erykah Badu, The Roots, and Ziggy Marley are all happy go luck vegetarians.
When thinking about African American culture people talk about chicken and waffles, goat and pigs. But there are so many other ways to have fun with food.

Want to achieve killer legs like Serena Williams before the summer comes to a close?
You still have time.
Many girls want the butt, thighs and legs the quick way.
Genetics, Chicken pills, protein weight gain, silicone injections and many more fads.
A great and healthy way of obtaining strong and powerful legs is exercise.
When people think exercise they think of weight loss and that isn’t always the case. People also use exercise to tone or to stay fit without loosing pounds.
A great way to keep strengthen those legs and maintaining your weight is listed below.
- Sprints (Once a week do 3 sets of 5 100 meter sprints at a track or at your local soccer field. The quick impact workout targets the buttock, thighs and cavs)
- Pilates (I have been training with Pilates for a month and I have seen a huge difference in my inner thigh and butt. Isolation exercises is a great holistic and cheap way of targeting muscles you never knew existed.)
- Weights (dead lifts, squats and lunges are just a few exercises that can be done to tone the legs with the assistance of free weights. If this is new territory always ask for help from a trainer.)
-Walking/Running (Change up your running or walking routine by adding hills to intensify your work. You will get to strengthen and lose weight.)

All jokes aside. Carmelo and Dwayne were looking dapper in Italy for fashion week and I think D Wade is loving this whole fashionable sports star persona.

Coachella could be considered today’s Woodstock. Live music in the outdoor, hipsters grooving to their favorite bands and a land scape for the adult to act like a child again.
But besides the music, fashion seems to be one of the most talked about topics at the event.
Although I prefer boho chic to the hipster look. If you would like to mimic the trend here are your list of to do’s:
_ MUST HAVES_
* retro sunglasses
* big straw or felt hats
* torn jeans or cut off shorts (fringe is in for another season)
* boots or Dock Marten’s (they’re not only for winter)
* vintage t’s
It’s funny that a effort less look needs so much effort. Try it at home and sent in pics of your Coachella style to be put on the blog.
I love fashion that is different and inspiring. So when I saw these earrings from Atlanta designer and owner Kyndra Donelson I thought fresh, trendy and one of a kind.
Frome2u earrings was established in 2003 and made by hand. I plan on trying to get my hand on these when the website officially launches sometime this year.

I remember when I was in elementary school I use to beg my mom to style my hair like Janet Jackson in “Poetic Justice” or Brandy in “Moesha”. fat box braids just seemed to be one of the most functional styles because you could style it any way you want and you didn’t have to worry about combing your hair in the morning….How easy is that?
With celebrities like Solange and Brandy, the reappearance of the box braids has been hitting the net and I like it. It’s a refreshing style besides seeing women wearing the long weave seems almost too common and a typical beauty trend.

Braids are considered a very protective style because your hair doesn’t have to go under the stress of heat, very versatile and makes you stand out in a crowd.
If you would like to achieve this style it’s simple. All you need is the following tools:
> 4 to 6 packs of jumbo braids (the amount depends on your head size)
> A tail comb (to achieve the perfect parts)
> Hair oil or sheen (to add the last finishing touch)
